Workshops focus on work on the voice through relaxation, physical awareness, proper alignment, breathing, resonance and articulation. Vocal health issues are addressed. Work on public speaking skills includes work on phrasing, rate of speech, emphasis, organization, focus, use of visuals, and gesturing, while incorporating the voice work.

-Private one on one sessions – 60-90 minutes in length and client specific.

-Group workshops: All day – (6 hours) workshops with an in-depth look into the physical aspects of public speaking and exploration of what may be affecting your abilities; coupled with actual presentation work with the workshop participants.

-Group workshops: Part day - (2-3 hours) workshops include a brief summary of what may be affecting your skills, with the majority of time spent working on actual presentations given by workshop participants.

-Conference workshops - (3 hours) Conference attendees are given an opportunity to submit video of a practice presentation, followed by a phone conference with helpful recommendations. At the conference, a three hour workshop, which includes work on exploring the physical aspects of speaking, visual aids, and actual work on presentations to be given later at the conference, is given to any interested conference attendee.
